Ik begin meer en meer een idee in mijn hoofd te krijgen sinds ik four hour work week aan het lezen ben. Niet dat ik mijn huidige job wil opgeven, maar er zijn wel een aantal zaken die misschien wel praktisch toepasbaar zijn.
Zoals de definitie van werk: niet waar je iets doet, maar wat je doet.

Natuurlijk heeft dat een aantal consequenties.
Zo moet er eerst bepaald worden wat de doelen zijn die je bereikt. Als het doel is om bijvoorbeeld 10 taken af te werken binnen 5 dagen, dan is dat duidelijk.
Als het doel is om “zoveel mogelijk” taken af te werken binnen 5 dagen, zal het aantal afgewerkte taken nooit genoeg zijn…

Ik ga dat eens allemaal fijntjes bestuderen.
